Fact Sheets will be prepared by the Consultant Team in the Spring of 2004 on a variety of topics at the completion of the Literature Review phase of the project. The Fact Sheets will cover topics such as Mosquito Biology and Ecology, Mosquito-Borne Diseases, Mosquito Control (including chemical, biological and mechanical measures), Suffolk County’s Mosquito Control, and Marsh Management, Wetlands of Suffolk County, Risk Assessment Principles, and Estuarine Monitoring Techniques.

The Fact Sheets will be available at all public forums. They will be mailed to all County libraries, distributed in bulk to the Towns, released to the press, and posted on this web site.
