The Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (DGEIS) evaluates the potential impacts associated with the Long-Term Plan and compares them to those associated with alternatives. The DGEIS identifies mitigation methods, cumulative impacts, unavoidable adverse impacts, and the need for an irretrievable commitment of County resources.
