Newsletters
will be prepared by the Consultant Team for distribution
by Suffolk County. The first newsletter will be issued
in the Spring of 2004. The Newsletters will be available
at all public forums. They will be mailed to all County
libraries, distributed in bulk to the Towns, released
to the press, and posted on this web site. The Newsletter
will have its own title (distinct from the Fact Sheets).
It will be published so as to coincide with and report
on the completion of various project milestones. A distribution
list of interested parties (drawn from scoping, and
expanded through requests) will be maintained.
