Task 2 - Law and Management Programs

Task 2 is divided into two parts:

Part 1 - Legal Issues Relating to Suffolk County Mosquito Control - includes a comprehensive evaluation of the laws, regulations, and standards that affecting Suffolk County's mosquito control and marsh management programs including Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.

Part 2 - Plans Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, related to Vector Control - addresses management plans and other published policies, procedures, guidelines and recommendations that directly or indirectly apply to vector control activities. These include Federal, State, regional, and local planning and guidance documents, as well as mosquito control strategy reports published by Federal and State agencies.
