Based on the results of the literature review of Task 3A, the Team will formulate recommendations for several early action projects. Each of the projects will involve extensive field measurements, sample collection, and analyses. Each of the proposed Early Action projects will be presented to the County and the Technical Advisory Committee for review and comment. It is likely that other topics suitable or experimentation will be uncovered through the course of Task 3, as well.
